What is free on NetShort

Both stores list NetShort as a free download with in-app purchases, and both say it contains ads. Its App Store description says “some content and features may require VIP access or in-app purchases”. Neither listing says how many episodes of a series are free.

Renewal and refunds

Its App Store listing says a subscription renews within the 24 hours before it expires, at the price of the plan you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. NetShort’s recharge agreement (updated 21 June 2026) says a recharge is final and refunds are not given unless the product is unusable, that virtual products can’t be returned or exchanged, and that refund requests go to NetShort support from the Me page in the app.

How BingeTube works instead
