How to cancel a DramaBox subscription
A DramaBox membership bought in the app renews on its own until you turn renewal off, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Because you pay through Apple or Google, you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, not inside DramaBox.

Cancel DramaBox on iPhone
DramaBox’s App Store listing says that if you subscribe through Apple, renewal continues unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and that the renewal is charged within the last 24 hours of the period. Apple’s help page “Cancel a subscription from Apple” gives these steps:
- Open Settings and tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap DramaBox.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (you may need to scroll). If there is no Cancel button, or you see an expiration message in red, it is already cancelled.

Cancel DramaBox on Android
Google’s help page “Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play” gives these steps. It says uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription, and that after you cancel you can still use it for the time you have already paid for.
- On your Android phone, open your subscriptions in Google Play (Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions).
- Choose DramaBox.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions on screen.

Can I get a refund from DramaBox?
DramaBox’s terms of use say all fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable, and that coins can only be used in DramaBox and cannot be exchanged for money. For a purchase made through Apple or Google, the refund request goes to them, and they decide it:
- iPhone: Apple’s help page says to sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “I’d like to”, then “Request a refund”, pick a reason and the item, and submit. Apple says to wait 24 to 48 hours for an update, and that eligibility varies by country or region.
- Android: Google Play’s refund policy page says Google may refund some purchases made through Google Play billing, and that the app’s developer can also process refunds; contacting the developer is often the quickest way. DramaBox’s support email on Google Play and on its website is feedback@dramabox.com.
