Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BingeTube at binge.tube. By creating an account or watching on BingeTube you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to view the ratings of the series you choose.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.
2. Membership and payments
- Some episodes are free. A membership unlocks every episode of every series at the price shown on the Plans page.
- Memberships renew automatically every month and are charged to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again.
- Free trial. New accounts may get a free trial. A payment method is required to start it. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your monthly membership starts and you are charged automatically. One trial per person.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add currency conversion fees.
- Because access starts immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong with a payment or your access, contact us and we will look into it.
- We may change prices. We will tell you before a price change applies to your membership, and you can cancel before it does.
- Subscribing in the iPhone app. If you subscribe in the BingeTube app, payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
3. Acceptable use
BingeTube is for personal, non-commercial viewing. You agree not to:
- download, record, copy, re-upload or redistribute any content;
- share your account or sell access to it;
- get around the paywall, video protection or other security measures;
- use bots or scrapers, or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
4. Content
The series on BingeTube are licensed to us or owned by their rights holders and are protected by copyright. The catalog may change as licenses begin and end. If you believe something on BingeTube infringes your rights, email bingetubee@gmail.com with the details.
5. Availability
We work to keep BingeTube running smoothly, but the service is provided βas isβ and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BingeTube is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending your account
You can stop using BingeTube at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused pass time is not refunded.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will tell you on the site or by email; continuing to use BingeTube means you accept the updated terms.
