The Unbound: Rise of the Godslayer

The story of The Unbound: Rise of the Godslayer

Eirik, a prince stripped of his royal status and forced to work as a stable hand, endures constant mockery from the warriors at the training grounds. His power is sealed by a mysterious figure to keep it hidden until the moment it is truly needed. Despite his lowly position, Eirik's royal bloodline remains undeniable, and he faces daily challenges to prove his worth beyond his current status.

The discovery of Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, at the Holy Mountain sparks a city-wide contest to find the one who can lift it. Many warriors fail, and the hammer mysteriously shifts position, indicating that someone has already moved it in secret. Eirik becomes the only mortal able to lift Mjolnir, awakening the god-breaking runes sealed within him. The king declares that anyone who can lift the hammer, regardless of social status, will be rewarded, setting the stage for Eirik's quest to reclaim his place and challenge the gods themselves.
