The story of Prometheus Reborn: You Chained the Wrong Goddess

Prometheia is the goddess who can touch the Divine Flame. When the human family that raised her is about to be torn apart by war, she breaks the sacred laws to bring them the fire and save them. But her adoptive sister, Zephira, turns the moment against her, claiming Prometheia brought the rebels and sided with the demons. Her own family seizes her and calls her a curse on their house.

Zephira steals everything: the Divine Flame, Prometheia's place as the flame goddess and even her fiancé, Arius, who once promised her heaven and then helped throw her into Tartarus, the deepest prison there is. For three years, Prometheia endures it. Then she awakens. Far above, the divine clan sees her signal and believes the mortals must be worshipping her by now.

A decree arrives. The High Father will hold a coronation for the flame goddess that very night and has sent priceless gifts to the family for caring for her. The family is overjoyed, sure the honor is for Zephira, the fraud wearing Prometheia's name.

When Prometheia returns home, her parents look at her like a disease, Arius orders her to break off their engagement publicly before the gods, and Zephira sweetly pretends to be sorry while giving her a rotting warehouse for a room. Her father calls her a parasite who should thank Zephira for a roof over her head. Prometheia vows that tonight, at the coronation, they will pay for everything.
