This Time, I Choose Me

The story of This Time, I Choose Me

Olivia spent five years trapped in a painful marriage to Ethan, who saved her instead of Chloe, the woman he truly loved, when their yacht sank. Though he married Olivia afterward, Ethan resented her survival, taking control of her money and career while making her life miserable. Now, Olivia is given a chance to relive that night with full memory of her suffering. This time, she refuses to sacrifice herself and is determined to put her own future first.

During the second sinking, Olivia clings to a life vest despite not knowing how to swim. She fights her fear until a stranger named Mr. Read rescues her, showing kindness and care that Ethan never did. Olivia discovers that Mr. Read is a powerful investor leading a harbor redevelopment project that Ethan had desperately tried to influence. While Ethan focuses on reclaiming control over Olivia, she asserts her independence and decides to rebuild her life on her own terms. This time, Olivia chooses herself over the man who once destroyed her.
