I Forgot the Siren He Never Forgot Me

The story of I Forgot the Siren He Never Forgot Me

Mira Hale studies merfolk for her thesis, focusing on their courtship rituals. While researching, she meets Auvrynn, a solitary and powerful merman living apart from his clan. Mira initially believes he is a deep sea merman seeking a mate, but she soon learns he is actually a mighty Siren, a legendary creature known for capturing mates. Despite warnings about Sirens, Mira is intrigued by Auvrynn's unique intelligence and strength, which set him apart from other merfolk.

Auvrynn has been living alone, likely separated from his group during childhood, forcing him to develop survival skills but leaving him inexperienced in courtship. Concerned that he does not know the traditional mating song and dance, Mira decides to teach him these rituals to help him find a mate, which is crucial for her thesis. She names him Auvrynn and begins instructing him in the courtship song, hoping this will lead to a successful pairing and the completion of her research.
