Forced to Marry a Savage Rancher Daddy

The story of Forced to Marry a Savage Rancher Daddy

In the wealthy Vega family, Grandma has always favored Valeria. So when the old woman tells her two granddaughters to each pick a folder containing their future husband, Natalia doubts it will be fair. One folder holds Leon Marquez, a rising political star and heir to a senator's dynasty. The other holds a bankrupt rancher who lives in the middle of nowhere with a mute daughter.

Natalia draws the rancher, and Valeria laughs before the folder is even opened. Natalia grabs the second folder and discovers that both say rancher. Her own family set her up. Grandma tells her that if she walks out the door, she is no longer a Vega and gets nothing. Natalia replies that she would rather have nothing than belong to them, and when Valeria offers her Grandma's money as charity, she tells her to keep it and not to come begging when the family burns.

After hours of walking down a dusty desert road in a ruined designer dress, Natalia is ready to give up on finding the Hacienda Sombras. Then a rugged stranger offers her a ride. He is Alejandro, her new husband, and he is nothing like the broken-down cowboy she imagined. He teases her for staring, calling her princess. Soon Natalia sees how cruelly others treat his young daughter, mocking the silent girl and trying to take her music box. The rough rancher and his land hold surprises, and Natalia may soon make her scheming relatives regret ever sending her away.
