My Baby Daddy is the Merfolk King

The story of My Baby Daddy is the Merfolk King

Leon, an ordinary male merman, is shocked to learn he is pregnant, a rare and difficult condition for male Mervyshs who lack tidal power. Despite warnings about the dangers of giving birth, Leon is determined to keep and protect his child, Finn, motivated by his own lonely upbringing in an orphanage. Finn's tail is injured by powerful tidal magic, requiring costly treatment that Leon struggles to afford.

Leon’s father, head of the Howard bloodline, pressures him to find his destined mate to continue their prestigious family line, which has produced only one heir in 18 generations. When a blood jade ring confirms Finn’s lineage as Leon’s son and heir, the family believes the sea god has sent them an heir at last. The king orders a kingdom-wide search for Finn and his parent, while Leon faces external threats and internal conflicts about his identity and future.

Meanwhile, Leon encounters Arodon, who claims to be his destined mate, adding complexity to Leon’s situation. The story begins with Leon’s unexpected pregnancy and the unfolding mystery of Finn’s father, setting the stage for a drama about family, legacy, and hidden identities.
