Don’t Mess With This Little Witch

The story of Don’t Mess With This Little Witch

Elowen, a mute girl dismissed by her family as powerless, returns to House Talihan after her mother's death. Though her family scorns her as a Magickless wretch unable to cast spells, Elowen harbors the dark spirit of Vyrthara within her, a sorcerer feared even by demons. Despite the family's rejection and cruel treatment, Elowen is determined to reclaim her place and make them repent at her mother's grave.

Upon her return, Elowen faces hostility from her relatives, who doubt her worth and fear the shame she might bring to their ancient magical house. Her grandfather insists on keeping her for the sake of their bloodline, while others plot against her, seeing her as useless because she cannot chant spells. However, a family member attempts to teach her signal casting, a form of magic that does not require chanting, though Elowen struggles to master it. As the King's banquet approaches, where full attendance is mandatory, tensions rise and threats emerge, putting Elowen in danger. The story follows her hidden strength and awakening immense magic as she confronts scorn, plots, and enemies within her own house.
