Watch Out! The Chaos Mage Is Free

The story of Watch Out! The Chaos Mage Is Free

Elias, once a loyal son of House Voss, was wrongfully imprisoned for his brother Lucas's crime and left to suffer in a demon prison for three years. During his imprisonment, Elias learns and masters chaos magic under the guidance of Master Orion, even defeating the Demon King of the 18th level. Upon release, he is reminded that his unstable chaos magic can only be controlled through a marriage pact with a woman from Phoenix Manor, a union that promises to suppress the dangerous power within him.

Back home, Elias faces cold indifference and resentment from his family, who never visited or supported him during his imprisonment. His family pressures him to marry Freya Hail, a woman in a coma, to secure wealth and status for House Voss. Elias demands to know the truth about his parentage, suspecting that his real father is not who he has been told. He learns he was abandoned as a baby and taken in out of pity, fueling his resolve to find his true origins and the person who stole his essence crystal, which caused his chaos magic to spiral out of control. Elias agrees to the marriage pact but declares he is no longer a Voss, setting the stage for his quest for identity and revenge.
