Wait, I'm My Crush's Crush?

The story of Wait, I'm My Crush's Crush?

Flynn Carter is the college's star hockey player and campus heartthrob, known for his talent and charm. However, he hides a secret: he is allergic to women and dislikes physical intimacy, which keeps him single despite rumors about his love life. Flynn shares an apartment with his childhood friend, the narrator, who admires him quietly and has grown used to their unusual closeness.

Their friendship includes sharing personal space and everyday moments that most would consider intimate, such as Flynn doing her laundry and being comfortable shirtless around her. The narrator discovers Flynn's secret when she finds him holding her bra and commenting on her underwear choices. Despite his public image, Flynn is relaxed and teasing with her, even joking about her possibly having feelings for him.

As their interactions continue, the narrator struggles with her own feelings while Flynn insists their relationship is strictly friendship. Their connection blurs the line between friendship and something more, setting the stage for changes in how they relate to each other.
