Return of the Horuss Exiled Son

The story of Return of the Horuss Exiled Son

Eighteen years ago, a master found an abandoned baby in the desert and raised him as his apprentice. On the day his training ends, the young man matches his master by bringing down seven deadly monsters, and he is finally told the truth: the only clue to who he is is a token his family left with him. He sets out for the Arena of Ra, the gods' playground, determined to find out why he was abandoned.

On the way, he saves a young woman, Layla, who turns out to be the daughter of Lord Horus. Her grateful father offers him as much gold as he wants, but the young man only asks for help finding his family. When Lord Horus sees the token, he recognizes it.

Lord Horus lies and sends him away. In private, his wife insists the stranger is their lost son, the boy Horus cast out at three years old because he could not draw a bow. Horus refuses to take him back, saying a son would only be a weakness his enemies could use, while Layla wants to go after the brother she never knew. Meanwhile, at the arena, the outcast dodges five arrows and strikes the divine mirror, a feat that marks him as one of Ra's bloodline.
