Milking the King

The story of Milking the King

Under the full moon, Wolf King Nathaniel loses control of his frenzy and shares an unplanned night with Eleanor, a college student. He discovers she is his destined mate, the only one who can calm his frenzy. A year later, Eleanor is a struggling single mother to their son. Desperate to support her baby, she applies to be a wet nurse at Nathaniel's home, where the werewolves scorn her for being human and question the purity of her milk.

Despite harsh judgment and hostility from the werewolf community, Eleanor's milk is tested alongside others. Nathaniel recognizes her as his faded mate, the only antidote to his frenzy. Although Eleanor initially doubts this, she agrees to help him. The werewolves remain skeptical and resentful, especially when Nathaniel chooses Eleanor's milk over that of purebred werewolves. By the third full moon, Eleanor is summoned to meet Nathaniel, setting the stage for their complicated relationship and the challenges ahead.
