Mecha Underdog

The story of Mecha Underdog

Jax Thorne is a legendary mecha fighter with five championships who is betrayed by his club, Grim Kruppy, which claims he is past his prime and forces him out. Once a dominant champion, Jax is left broke and abandoned in a world where human fighting is banned and mech combat rules. His fortunes begin to change when Amy, a woman who helped him when he was homeless, offers him a place to stay and a chance to rebuild.

At Amy's gym, Twilight, Jax reconnects with mech combat but faces skepticism and hostility from others who doubt his abilities. Despite challenges, including a dangerous upcoming match against the rival Orson Jim team, Jax is determined to prove himself again. Amy secures an A-class mech for him, raising the stakes as losing could mean crushing debt and the end of their gym. Jax refuses to give up or leave, ready to fight for victory and redemption.
