From Plus Size to Free

The story of From Plus Size to Free

Emma, a plus-size girl, has kept a secret relationship with her childhood sweetheart Nathan, the star hockey player. For years, she supported him, training late into the night and preparing meals, believing in their future together. However, at their high school graduation, Nathan publicly rejects Emma by choosing Olivia, the lead ballet dancer, to stand beside him for photos, leaving Emma heartbroken and excluded. Feeling invisible and unvalued, Emma discards the flowers she had prepared for Nathan and decides to leave her hometown.

Emma moves 3,000 miles away to college, determined to transform herself and start anew. Despite her efforts, Nathan continues to ignore her, favoring Olivia openly and dismissing Emma's attempts to reconnect. When Nathan finally agrees to take a photo with Emma, it is cold and distant, lacking any sign of affection. Emma discovers Olivia's public declaration of their relationship, symbolized by a bracelet Nathan once rejected from Emma. Realizing Nathan never truly cared for her, Emma resolves to move on, leaving behind the pain of unrequited love.
