When Winter Finds Her

The story of When Winter Finds Her

Selene, an omega-class student at the Academy, is given a second chance at life after a tragic past where her stone wolf was killed and she died of grief. On the first day, during the bonding ceremony, her rival Scarlett Ashcroft quickly claims the frost wolf, a rare and powerful Lycan, leaving Selene with the low-ranked stone wolf. Despite the frost wolf's high bloodline and potential, it dies early in Selene's first life, leading to her downfall. However, upon rebirth, Selene remembers the past and chooses the stone wolf, while Scarlett takes the frost wolf.

Scarlett appears selfless by offering to trade the frost wolf to Selene, but Selene secretly bonds with it, receiving a mate mark that seals their fate together. This unsanctioned bond surprises everyone and hints at deeper motives and knowledge shared between Selene and Scarlett, both reborn with memories of their past lives. Selene discovers that the frost wolf, now named Kaya's, also remembers their past connection, signaling a renewed alliance and hope. The story centers on Selene's determination to survive the coming winter and overturn the fate that once doomed her, as foretold by the Academy's harsh hierarchy and the mysterious powers of the Lycan bond.
