Rejected by the Hunt Champion Claimed by the Prince

The story of Rejected by the Hunt Champion Claimed by the Prince

Lila, a chubby mermaid student at an underwater academy, secretly admires Lavi, the champion of the academy's hunting team. Struggling with her self-image, she starves herself to fit in but is supported by a friend named Lovey. After Lavi wins a competition, Lila bravely confesses her feelings to him in front of the entire academy, only to be publicly humiliated and mocked. Lavi cruelly rejects her, shattering her hope that he might protect her from the ridicule she has endured all her life.

In the following days, Lavi stays away from the academy, returning with a popular girl, Maisie, captain of the cheer crab and Lavi's girlfriend, which deepens Lila's feelings of invisibility. A new deskmate, Cato, arrives and offers kindness, but Lavi continues to taunt Lila by mocking her and disrupting her attempts to improve her life. Despite the harsh treatment, Lila begins to rebuild her confidence and confronts Lavi about his behavior. The story follows Lila's journey to reclaim her self-worth in a world that has rejected her, as the academy's social dynamics continue to challenge her resolve.
