Not My Brother Now My Don

The story of Not My Brother Now My Don

Delaney Rendon has always believed she was the biological sister of Merrick Renford, the powerful Don of the Renford family. Raised in a world of influence and danger, she clung tightly to Merrick, especially after he was kidnapped as a child and Merrick risked his life to rescue her from a rival family. Their bond was unbreakable, with Merrick fiercely protective and Delaney dependent on his presence. However, Delaney's world shatters when she discovers through a DNA test that she is not actually Merrick's sister, but was swapped at birth. This revelation causes her to emotionally distance herself from Merrick, who struggles to maintain their connection despite the truth.

As Delaney grapples with her identity and the implications of her newfound biological family, Merrick faces his own turmoil. He tries to hold onto her, even contemplating marriage to keep her close, but Delaney insists on returning to her real family. Merrick's absence during an overseas emergency further strains their relationship, leading to tense confrontations and emotional walls. Delaney is trying to adjust to this new reality, cautiously seeking to ease tensions with Merrick, who remains deeply conflicted but protective.
