I Married the Wrong Right Man

The story of I Married the Wrong Right Man

Emma has face blindness, a condition that prevents her from recognizing faces, including those of people closest to her. Her fiancé Jack and best friend Chloe often joke about her condition by testing her ability to identify Jack through lookalikes. On the day of Emma and Jack's wedding, Jack arranges for six men dressed like him to stand before Emma, but the real Jack is not among them. Emma unknowingly chooses a stand-in groom, while Jack plans to marry Chloe instead.

Emma's parents support this plan, favoring Chloe and organizing a dual wedding event. Despite sensing something is wrong, Emma does not expose the deception and goes along with the plan. She is carried away by the fake groom and feels a mix of sadness and acceptance. On the way to the wedding, their car is stopped by another convoy, hinting at further complications. Emma's struggle with her condition and the betrayal by those closest to her form the core of the story, centered on how her face blindness makes her vulnerable to deception on her wedding day.
