The story of He Saved a Boy Who Returns a Billion

Carl Wayne is a self-made steel magnate at the height of his success, about to launch a military-grade specialty steel project. On the day he and his wife Isabella finalize the adoption of three children, Alex, Jenna and Greg, he meets Leonard Carroll, a boy selling newspapers who fixes radios and dreams of building microchips and his own tech empire. Carl gives him the ten dollars he needs for a repair kit, not as charity but as an investment for one percent of Leonard's future company.

Eighteen years later, Carl's company is bankrupt and its accounts have been drained by someone with top-level access. The culprits are his own adopted children. Alex admits they moved every dollar and demands that Carl sign the company over to them, or face the unpaid workers rioting outside. Carl refuses to hand his life's work to thieves. Then a doctor calls: Isabella has late-stage cancer and needs surgery at once.

With the bank seizing everything, Carl goes down to face the angry crowd himself. He takes full responsibility, promises to sell his house, his cars and everything he owns to pay them, and begs for one more day.
