Djinn Under Contract

The story of Djinn Under Contract

Eli Baran is a genie who has granted wishes for thousands of years. When billionaire Stephen Parrish uses his final wish to free Eli, it comes with a condition: Eli must marry Stephen's granddaughter, Christine Parrish, and stay married for five years. Eli becomes human, takes the name Elijah Barron, and secretly helps Christine rise to CEO of her family's company. Christine, however, resents the forced marriage and treats Eli with scorn, refusing to accept him as her husband.

Christine struggles with the terms of her grandfather's will, which requires her to marry Eli to inherit the family estate and control of Parish Enterprises. Despite her resistance and desire for independence, she agrees to marry him to protect her inheritance. Eli remains devoted to helping her succeed, though their relationship is strained by mistrust and emotional distance. As Eli's contract nears its end, Christine faces a critical business deal that could define her career, while Eli contemplates his future beyond their marriage.
